Those breastforms are made of medical grade silicone and are triangular in shape. With these breastforms you can create a wonderful cleavage. They bounce, they jiggle like real breasts. Slight concave back to ensure a good fit to your chest. Can fit in a bra or you can use an adhesive instead or a bra and adhesive combined. It is your choice. Symmetrical shape - can be worn on either the left or right side.
