Returns Policy
Customers may return most* products at their
own discretion under the terms below** within
15 days of receipt, using one of our returns forms:

Unwanted items may be dealt with in the following
ways:
- taking a store credit for the purchase value
only of the item, not including the original postage and
packaging charge.
- exchanging the product for another.
- A refund for the purchase value only, not
including the original postage/packaging charge, and
less a £5
charge for administrative costs.
- Please note that Doreen Fashions is not
responsible for your return postage costs and a new
Postage/Packaging charge is payable on items sent in
exchange or bought later with Store credit.
All refunds will be made the same way funds were
first received and only once goods have been
received and inspected by us.
* Non-returnable items: for health reasons, items
that come into contact with the genital region are
not normally eligible for return.
* Non-returnable items for hygene reasons are: Lingerie,
Breastforms, Wigs. These items will be changed at
the discretion of Doreen Fashions.
* CD's, DVD's and Videos may only be returned if the
items are defective.
** The decision whether or not an item can be returned
or exchanged is at the discretion of Doreen Fashions
Ltd. Returned goods must be new and unused, in unworn
condition. 'new and unused' means that there are no
scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, there are
no signs of wear on the product, the tags or the case,
the product must not have been sized or altered
in any way and not laundered. All returns must include
original packaging and instructions. We will not accept
a return if the packaging is not in its original condition
or if the item shows any indication that it has been used.
The above terms and conditions do not affect
customers' statutory rights regarding items damaged on receipt, faulty,
not as ordered, or delivered later than an agreed
date. In those circumstances Doreen Fashions will pay
all postage charges for the return of the item and its
replacement. If a customer opts for a refund rather
than replacement, the item will be treated as a
'cancelled order' and the refund terms and conditions
set out above will apply.
Any item(s) returned, MUST be accompanied by a Returns
Form completed in full. The form must be downloaded
on the link to the left of this page, printed and filled
in full before being sent back in the same package as
the returned goods.

If you are unable to pay by card and wish to pay by cheque or postal order, you can place a telephone order by calling 020-8539-4578 Mondays - Saturdays from 9:00 - 5:30. Please send cheques & postal orders to;

Delivery policy
We normally process all orders by the next working
day. Since we hold stocks of many of the items of the
website, or can get them in stock in 2-3 days,
customers can usually expect delivery within 4-5 days
of placing an order, in most cases sooner. Exceptions
to that are wigs - though we hold a very large range
and can usually satisfy a customer request with
something very similar to a particular item, we cannot
hold stocks of every style offered in every possible
colour choice - and the 'High Heels' shoe range. Shoes
in that section marked by an asterisk are usually
available from stock. Others are made to customer
order. Wigs or shoe styles to specific customer
request not held in stock will normally be delivered
within 7-10 working days. As a matter of Company
practice we always notify customers if any item(s)
on their order cannot be dispatched to them within 2-3 days of
receiving their order.
All of our packages are sent out by recorded delivery
and if we are notified of non-receipt, we will replace
any lost parcel and correspond with Royal Mail to
locate or reimburse for the lost parcel. If you
prefer not to sign for goods, please state that in the
special instructions section of the order form. They
can be sent First Class unrecorded delivery, but in
such cases Doreen Fashions cannot take responsibility
for their safe arrival.
Discretion Policy
Doreen Fashions Ltd has been serving TV/CD/TS customers
for half a century. We are very aware of many of our
customers' requirement for discretion. All goods are
sent in plain packaging, with your name and address
and the following discreet return address in case
of non-delivery:Doreen Fashions Ltd Flat 14 Salway

card transactions made via our website secure server
or over the phone, will appear on your card statement
simply as 'DFL'.
We
share, exchange or sell to any third party information
relating to customers or held in our mailing list.
